Payment and Shipping Methods
You can pay for your order using the following three methods:
1. Cash on Delivery with Geniki Tachydromiki Courier
- If you choose cash on delivery and shipping for your order, you will pay the total amount directly to the Genini Tachydromiki courier representative upon receipt. The shipping cost for a weight of up to 2 kg is €5.

2. Bank Transfer
You can pay for your order via bank transfer, either for in-store pickup or for shipping. In the case of shipping, however, you will only be charged for the shipping costs (which amount to €5 for a weight of up to 2 kg).

Please include your order details and full name in the payment reference. In case of transfer from another bank, any interbank fees are the responsibility of the payer.

Shipping
1. How long does it take to process my order?
All our products are handmade, and for this reason, the estimated processing time is approximately 1-10 days from the date your order is received.
2. What is the delivery time for my order?
The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days with Geniki Tachydromiki Courier. However, during high shipping volume periods, such as holidays, delivery times may be longer.
3. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we do not support international shipping. Due to various challenges in the transportation and delivery of international parcels, we have suspended shipments outside Greece until further notice.
